Ellesmere Port & Neston Police News Bulletin
14 to 18 December 2020
If you have any CCTV, dash cam footage, etc., that you think may have captured something of relevance in relation to any of the below incidents, further information such as dates and times can be provided.
Criminal Damage
Incidents reported relating to criminal damage, with the exclusion of damage to vehicles:

  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Civic Square – Wire to lights on Christmas Tree cut through by unknown offender.
  • Victoria Road – Outer pane of glass in double glazed window smashed after being hit with an unknown object.
  • Station Road – Further damage caused at derelict ‘Station Hotel’ by youths.
Incidents reported relating to theft, with the exclusion of shop lifting & vehicle theft:

  • Netherpool
  • Scafell Close – Video doorbell removed and taken from front of house.
Vehicle Crime
Incidents reported relating to theft / attempt THEFT OF motor vehicles:

  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Exeter Road – Blue Yamaha XT, DG58 AWO, displaying ‘L’ plates taken during hours of darkness from the front garden of property.
Incidents reported relating to DAMAGE TO motor vehicles:
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Doune Court – Nissan Qashqai has window smashed.
  • Rossmore
  • Livingstone Road – Chrysler Grand has tyre damaged by an unknown object which has been used to pierce the tyre a number of times. – Repeat victim.
  • Neston
  • Hawkins Road – Audi scratched along drivers door.
  • Netherpool
  • Gowy Court – has tyre puncture by unknown means.
  • Grange
  • Aldgate – Ford Fiesta and Opel, parked on residential road scratched along the length of the passenger side.
Please note this is not a complete list of all incidents reported during this period - it is purely for the information of local residents to make them aware of incidents that have taken place within their area.
