TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER
Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council propose to make the following Traffic Regulation Order in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
THE CHESHIRE WEST AND CHESTER BOROUGH COUNCIL
(MERCURY COURT, CHESTER) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2021
The effect of the Order will be to prohibit waiting on the following lengths of road:
• Mercury Court:
o (north side) – from a point 47 metres west of the junction with Sovereign Way for a distance of 3 metres in an easterly direction.
o (east side) – from a point 69 metres west then south of the junction with Sovereign Way for a distance of 14 metres in a southerly direction.
o (west side) – from the junction with Mercury Court (east to west length) for a distance of 45 metres in a southerly direction.

All objections and other representations relating to the Order must be made in writing to the undersigned by 23 April 2021 and objections must specify the grounds on which they are made. Any representations relating to the Order should specify the title of the Order and may become available for public inspection.
