Notice of making - 40mph and 50mph speed limit: Several roads in Cuddington
|Notice is hereby given that, on the 1st August 2019 the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council made the above Traffic Regulation Order in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which will come into force on the 2nd August 2019. |
The effect of the order will be to prohibit any vehicle from exceeding 40mph on the lengths of road specified in schedule 1 and 50mph on the lengths of roads as specified in schedule 2.
(40MPH SPEED LIMIT)
Cuddington Lane (Cuddington) – from its junction with Stoneyford Lane to its junction with Woods Lane
Gallowsclough Lane (Delamere / Norley) – from its junction with Stoneyford Lane to its junction with Finger Post Lane
(50MPH SPEED LIMIT)
Stoneyford Lane (Delamere) – from its junction with Chester Road to its junction with Cheese Hill Lane
Cheese Hill Lane (Cuddington) – from its junction with Stoneyford Lane to its junction with Finger Post Lane
If you wish to question the validity of the order or any of its provisions on the grounds that any requirements of the Act or any instruments made under it has not been complied with, you may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the order is made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
