Permanent traffic order

The effect of the Order will be to extend the operational times of the following designated parking places so that they operate between 8am and 9pm (Monday to Saturday):
  • King Street (south side) - from a point 12 metres east of its junction with St Martin's Way to its junction with the east side of Pemberton Road.  The proposed parking place will enable motor vehicles displaying valid residents’ parking permits to be left for an unlimited period of time.  Any motor vehicle may be left in the designated parking place for a period not exceeding 30 minutes.
  • Water Tower Street (north side) – from a point 10 metres east of the east side of Pemberton Road to a point 10 metres west of the west side of Canning Street. The proposed parking place will enable motor vehicles displaying valid residents’ parking permits to be left for an unlimited period of time.  Any motor vehicle may be left in the designated parking place for a period not exceeding 10 minutes.
Full details are contained in the Order, which, together with a plan showing the location and effect of the Order, may be examined at the Council Offices Ground Floor Reception, The Forum, Chester, between the hours of 9am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

All objections and other representations relating to the Order must be made in writing to the undersigned by 17 November 2017 and objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
