Kingsley - Love Your Streets

Many partners came together to promote their services to residents in Kingsley in March as part of the Love Your Streets campaign.

Residents were able to meet each other and find out about local services such as the Plus Bus, Kinglsey Transition Initiative, Kingsley Gardening Club, Kingsley Parish Council and many more. Cllr Oultram attended to show his support.  Kingsley St John Church of England Primary School pupils attended who had carried out a project to tell residents what they loved about living in Kingsley. 

'In Kingsley there are a lot of ponds Streams and fields so there are birds and other animals.
‘In Kingsley it is wet and soggy and there are a lot of habitats which adds more animals.  In fields we grow crops because it is the right weather.'
'I love Kingsley because it is a peaceful village'.
'I love the park because the slides are very slippery and the swing goes high'.
' I love Kingsley St John's because there are lots of nice children and it is very fun. You can sing sing sing all day'.
'I love Kingsley the stream flows super-fast and there are lots of fish and I love when my cats go in its super fun.'
