Permanent traffic order

Notice is hereby given that Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council propose to make the following Traffic Regulation Order in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council

(Queens Crescent, Upton, Chester) 

(One way) Order 2018

The effect of the Order will make Queens Crescent one-way for all vehicles except pedal cycles from its south-easterly junction with Dukesway to its north-westerly junction with Dukesway..

Full details are contained in the Order, which, together with a plan showing the location and effect of the Order, may be examined at the Council Offices Ground Floor Reception, The Forum, Chester, between the hours of 9am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

All objections and other representations relating to the Order must be made in writing to the undersigned by Friday 7 September and objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
