Permanent traffic order

Notice is hereby given that on the 4 July 2017 Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council made the following Traffic Regulation Order in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which will come into operation on 7 July 2017.

The Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council

(Lache Lane, Chester) (Prohibition of waiting) Order 2017

The effect of the Order will be to prohibit waiting at any time on Lache Lane (south-east side) from a point 183 metres south-west of its junction with Overleigh Roundabout for a distance of 31 metres in a south-westerly direction.
If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or to any provision contained in it, on the grounds that any requirement of the Act or any instruments made under it may have not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may within six weeks from 4 July 2017 apply to the High Court for that purpose.
